Chicago Manual of Style

The Chicago Manual of Style is commonly used for magazine articles, trade journals, and books—both fiction and nonfiction. In the academic context, it is also used in history departments. The Chicago Manual of Style offers extensive rules for:
  • Your manuscript essay as a whole, including margins, spacing, indentation, headings and subheadings
  • How to cite references in the body of your essay and at the end of your manuscript
  • How to treat numbers, dates, dashes, capitalization, and other detailed aspect of the text
These rules are comprehensive, and there are extensive exceptions to the rules as well. Imagine, this style guide is some 900 pages thick! So, it is complicated! And why would you let yourself be weighed down by all these details if you can leave it up to the experts; especially if you can take advantage of sharply reduced student rates? Doing so will allow you to focus your attention on where it matters; the content of your manuscript.

Our editors know the Chicago Manual of Style like the back of their hands, and can format your work according to the guidelines effectively, promptly, and at highly competitive rates.
